The human connection

This is with reference to article “The human connection” by Sarwasha Mairaj (YW, October 9). The article described our relations in a beautiful way.

It highlighted that we should make strong bonds with people around us. Being active on electronic devices is fine, but it doesn’t mean we should leave relationships in real life, because technology is not everything.

Similarly, online shopping is also a great facility which we should avail, however, everything needs a balance. Depending completely on it and distancing oneself from people is completely wrong.

The art of living

This is with reference to the article “The art of living” by Laraib Faisal (YW, October 16). The art of living is how you live and behave with people and animals around you. If you are behaving nicely with people and animals, everyone will love you. But if you are ignorant and careless, nobody will love you or want your company. Even animals sense who loves them and who doesn’t.

People who care and love others are always respected and welcomed everywhere.

I recommend everyone to read Young World as it has articles, quotes, as well as stories teach us moral and ethical values.

Poet’s corner

This is regarding the poem “A Palestinian” by Danishmund Sohail (YW, October 16). It was the best poem I ever read in YW.

As I read through the poem, it made me emotional and I realised how Palestinians are suffering every day.

The pain of being separated from loved ones is beyond one’s imagination. The people living in Palestine are alive, but dead from inside. I feel so sad for them. Freedom is a blessing, we should be thankful for having it and pray that peace prevails in Palestine.

Error of judgement

This is with reference to the story “An error of judgement” by Israr Ahmed (YW, October 16). The story depicted how easily we judge people by their looks and behave accordingly.

This is not only morally wrong, but also shows the shallow thinking we have.

We should keep in mind that what goes around, comes around, so thinking badly about others could also result in others thinking negatively about us too.
