TAXILA: Three persons were killed in two incidents in Attock on Sunday.
In the first incident, a teenage girl was shot dead and her body was found near a local cement factory in the limits of Bhattar police station. According to police, the girl had contracted marriage against the will of her parents.
In the second incident, two friends drowned in Ghazi Barotha water channel near Sherani village in the limits of Hazro police station.
Quoting witnesses, the police said Asad Shah and Bilal Shah went to the water channel to swim where they drowned. Respective police stations have registered cases and started investigation.
