LAHORE: The inaugural Chief Minister Punjab Five-A-Side National Women’s Hockey Championship, which was scheduled to start from Sept 7, has been deferred after the National Command and Operations Centre imposed new restrictions in the wake of increasing number of Covid-19 cases in the country, it was announced on Saturday.
The event will now be held at the National Hockey Stadium from Sept 18 to 23, said a Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF) press release.
