KARACHI, Nov 2: Sindh Chief Minister Dr Arbab Ghulam Rahim on the occasion of Eid ul Fitr has granted special remission of 90 days to all prisoners. However, this remission would not be applicable to those convicted for murder, espionage, anti-state activities, sectarianism, zina, terrorism, dacoity and kidnapping.

This remission is in addition do special remission granted by the President of Pakistan, it was pointed out.

BANS ON EID PARTIES: The chief minister on Wednesday directed the government officials to celebrate Eidul-Fitr with simplicity and restricted holding of gatherings and Eid Milan parties at official level.—APP/PPI
