RAWALPINDI: Minister for Local Government and Community Development Mian Mahmoodur Rasheed inspected overall cleanliness of the area, during his visit to Murree and suspended chief officer of the municipal committee over lack of it.
He inspected various facilities and services being provided to citizens by the committee and expressed displeasure over the unsatisfactory situation of cleanliness.
On his direction, the Local Government and Community Development Department issued a notification regarding suspension of the committee’s chief officer Ghulam Qamar.
