DERA ISMAIL KHAN: A couple was killed in Kulachi tehsil, police said on Thursday.

A local police official said Ramzan and his wife, Bakhtawar Bibi, were gunned down by a man on Maddi-Kulachi Road as they were going home on a motorcycle.

The deceased’s son, Naqibullah Marwat, alleged that Wahab of Qadamkhel Maddi area had killed his parents over a monetary dispute.

Meanwhile, a 38-year-old man was gunned down in Barkatabad area.

Mahmood Ali Marwat told the police that his brother, Nawab Ali Marwat, was killed by his friend, Fidaur Rehman, who threw the body in fields.

The police registered a case against the accused and arrested him and seized a 30-bore pistol.
