KARACHI: Bounce Club beat Askari Alfaz Basketball Club 41-39 in a key group match to qualify for the semi-final of the first International Abdul Nasir Memorial Basketball Tournament being organised by Firdaus Ittehad in collaboration with the Karachi Basketball Association (KBBA) here at Abdul Nasir Basketball Court, Arambagh the other day.
The main scorers for the winners in this close contest were Zia Ahmed (13 points), Usman Bashir (12) and Shahmir Zaheer (10). Saifullah Noshewani scored 14 and Anas Usman 11 for the losing side.
