KARACHI, Oct 26: Muslims all over the world have been observing Al-Quds Day on Jummatul Wida to express solidarity with their oppressed Palestinian Muslims. Likewise, the conscious students of Pakistan have this year too decided to observe Jummatul Wida as Al-Quds Day by holding protest rallies against Israel after Friday prayers outside all mosques.

This decision was announced by leaders of the Imamia Students Organization, Islami Jamiat Talaba and Anjuman Talaba-i-Islam in a joint press conference.

According to a press release of ISO, a central rally will be taken out on Jummatul Wida on the 23rd Ramazan from Numaish Chowk to Regal Chowk.

The student leaders appealed to all Muslims and students to foil the conspiracies of the enemy of giving recognition to Israel, and against its increasing influence, by observing the Al-Quds day.

They welcomed the government decision of foiling conspiracies of Israeli spy agencies using the cover of relief.

They also warned NGOs to desist from becoming Israeli agents in Pakistan and asked them to refuse Israeli assistance for quake victims.
