BAJAUR: The local authorities have established three special Covid-19 vaccination centres in Bajaur tribal district for inoculating the district administration’s officials and police personnel.

According to a statement issued here on Friday, the centres have been established in the offices of the deputy commissioner, the district police officer and the police lines in the Civil Colony, Khar.

All officials of the district administration, DPO office and police personnel have been directed to visit the vaccination centres to get inoculated against Covid-19 as soon possible.

Deputy commissioner Mohammad Fayyaz Khan and DPO Shahzad Kaukab Farooq also visited the vaccination centres to check the vaccination process.

They said the district administration in the line with the directives of the provincial government had decided to take legal action against the police personnel and the district administration officials avoiding inoculations.
