Minister for Planning, Development and Special Initiatives Asad Umar has said that there has been an increase in citizens getting registered for the Covid vaccine, adding that a record 0.2 million people had received vaccine doses a day earlier.

In a tweet, he said that so far more than five million citizens had gotten themselves registered. "If you are 40 years of age or older, please get yourselves registered as soon as possible," he said, urging the nation to continue following precautionary measures.
