The Islamabad district administration has clarified that outdoor dining in the capital will be closed after 10pm on weekdays and will not be allowed during the weekends.
In a notification, the administration said that "outdoor dining in restaurants will be closed at 10pm in the federal capital during weekdays, and for the weekend [...] both indoor and outdoor dining will remain closed along with all other commercial activities other than essential services".
However, the time restrictions do not apply to takeaway services of restaurants, it added.
