IoBM, City School PAF win Karachi Girls Netball Cup

KARACHI: IoBM University beat Elite Club 6-4 in the final while City School PAF outplayed St. Joseph’s Girls ‘College 8-4 in the under-19 category final to win the Girls Netball Cup here at the City School PAF campus on Sunday.

The third position match was won Iqra University 8-6 against IBA. In the under-19 category, the third position went to Cedar College which prevailed over Aga Khan Girls College 5-4.

In the under-17 category, the final match was handsomely won by City School PAF who beat Whales College Gulshan 11-6 while Trinity Girls College claimed the third position.

In the final of under-15 category, City School PAF beat Trinity Girls School Evening 8-4 while the third position was won by Trinity Girls School morning.

The chief guest of the closing ceremony was Seema Irfan, Principal, City School PAF, who presented trophies, certificates and prizes among the players and teams. President Pakistan Netball Federation Mudassar Arain, Secretary General Gohar Raza, Sports Coordinator Muhammad Riaz and IoBM Sports Manager Riaz Contractor were also present during the finals.
