Addressing at a programme as the chief guest at Faizan Rehabilitation Centre under Dawat-i-Islami, he said that there were 3.2 million special citizens in Pakistan and 900,000 in Sindh.

The centre was established at Sharea Faisal under Faizan Relief Global Foundation where special children up to eight years were focused. The administrator said that more institutions should also be established for differently able people. “There is two per cent quota for differently able people in government institutions and the same should be implemented.”

The administrator said that it was responsibility of all of us to take measures to make full use of their abilities so that they could play their part for development of the country.

He said that Faizan Rehabilitation Centre was focusing the differently able children which was a welcome sign.

Dawat-i-Islami’s Abdul Haseeb said that the purpose of FRC was to bring back these people towards normal life.
