MITHI: Former member of Sindh Assembly Ram Singh Sodho died in Ahmedabad, India, on Sunday. He was 76.
Sodho, who twice remained MPA, was also elected naib nazim of Tharparkar district. He had migrated to India a few years back due to some ‘unknown’ reasons.
He was born on Jan 16, 1946, in Aarokhi village near Diplo town and was laid to rest in Nakhrano town, Indian Gujarat.
Meanwhile, traders pulled down shutters of their shops in Diplo to mourn Sodho’s death.
