DERA ISMAIL KHAN: Fear gripped the people of Korai village here on Tank road after they found three graves in the village cemetery opened and the bodies missing from there.

Malik Sanaullah, a local social worker, and others told mediapersons that three graves in the Siddique Ahmad Cemetery were found opened and the bodies removed from them. They said that they had found the remains of the body of a girl child and shrouds lying in the fields of Korai village.

They suspected that some animals had opened the graves and pulled out the bodies. They said that the villagers had also called a meeting to review the situation and consider ways to resolve the issue. They said that they had informed the police about the mysterious incident, but no action was taken in this regard.

Meanwhile, three rare deer had been stolen from DI Khan’s wildlife park.

The wildlife department has confirmed the incident. The police registered a case and had started investigations here on Thursday.

Saddar police SHO Kashif Sattar said that three rare deer were stolen from the wildlife park on Wednesday and they had arrested several people, including two guards of the park for investigations.
