Hyderabad win basketball clash

TANDO JAM: Hyderabad overcame stiff challenge from Mirpurkhas Fighters to win 46-42 in the ongoing SSB Kashmir Day Cup basketball tournament here at the SAU gymnasium on Saturday.

Shoaib Khan (16 pts) was the architect of victory for Hyderabad and well supported by Naved Ahmed (12 pts) and Mohammad Asim (10 pts).

For the losing side, the main scorers were Mohammad Javed (13 pts) and Asif Ahmed and Mohammad Aslam (10 pts each).

Advocate Abbas Jamal was the guest of honour and was introduced to the players of both teams. The tournament is being organized by PSWA in collaboration with Sindh Agriculture University (SAU).
