KARACHI: A pair of horses looks set to make debut as a four-race card has been drawn for the winter Gymkhana race meeting at the Karachi Racecourse on Sunday.

The debutants who belonged to Lahore are seven-year-old bay horse Smasher and unknown pedigree bay horse Jackson.

The Attitude Cup, meanwhile, tops the action in the card.

Seven horses are in the run for the cup race that has been classified under scale order IV and V and go over four-and-a-half furlongs.

It is the third race and also the days feature event.

The fourth and concluding race which is the supporting event, scale order V, VI and VII will also, will be run over similar distance.

The first two races of smaller scales will take place over four furlongs.

The first race starts at 2:30pm.
