LAHORE, Oct 5: Pakistan Football Federation (PFF) has approved seven Pakistani referees for FIFA List 2006 who passed the physical and written test at Punjab Stadium. The names of the approved referees are: Jehangir Khan, Imtiaz Ali Shah, Asif Kiani, Muhammad Iqbal, Khalid Khan, Saleem Khan and Hidayat Ullah. Jehangir, Imtiaz and Asif had supervised matches between Pakistan and India last June in Quetta, Peshawar and Lahore. The three-day course was held from Sept 19 in which all FIFA national Grade I and II referees participated.
