The National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC), in its daily update, said that Karachi has the highest positivity rate in the country at 12.4 per cent, followed by Peshawar at 10.9pc. Abbottabad, which reported a positivity rate of 40.32pc earlier in the week, is the third-highest with 7.8pc.

The national positivity rate is six per cent, according to the NCOC.

The countrywide positivity rates are as follows:

  • Punjab: 4.4pc
  • Sindh: 7.8pc
  • Khyber Pakhtunkhwa: 8.4pc
  • Balochistan: 5.6pc
  • Islamabad: 5pc
  • Gilgit Baltistan: 1.5pc
  • Azad Jammu and Kashmir: 6.1pc
