BUNER/SWABI: Two women and a man were killed and five others, including four children, were injured when a car fell into a ravine in Bazaar Kot area of Chaghorzai subdivision here on Monday.

The deceased were identified as Minhaj, Sumera Bibi and Basria Bibi. The injured included Irshad Alam and children Saif Ali, Emaad, Khuzifa and Fahad.

The Gulbandi police officials, locals and rescuers retrieved the dead and the injured and shifted them to hospital.

Meanwhile, three people were injured when a car and a van collided on Swabi-Jehangira Road near Manki village.

They were taken to Bacha Khan Hospital, Shahmansoor, where condition of the two was stated to be critical.
