Sindh has reported 1,260 new cases of the novel coronavirus, raising the provincial tally to 196,962.
Moreover, the daily situation report issued by the Chief Minister's Office confirmed the deaths of six more patients. The death toll now stands at 3,164.
According to the report, 8,464 samples were tested in the last 24 hours, returning a positivity rate of 14.9 per cent.
