Loud horns

THIS refers to unreasonably loud horns being used by car drivers and even motorcyclists. While motorcyclists use car horns, car drivers use truck horns, and trucks and buses have pressure horns. This unbearable noise pollution is adding to the misery of the people.

The relevant authorities should take note of this and take measures to reduce noise pollution by penalising heavily those using loud horns.
