SHEIKHUPURA: A housemaid kidnapped an infant girl of her employer in Sharif Park locality.

As per details, Saifullah, a businessman and father of two months old Anabia, had employed Zabaida Bibi to look after his daughter as his wife also had a job.

The maid came to the house of Saifullah as usual on Saturday and disappeared with the baby. Her whereabouts could not be found despite the lapse of 24 hours. The Factory Area police have launched an investigation.

KILLED: A woman was shot dead by her husband over domestic issues in the Noukher locality on Sunday.

According to the report, Imran used to abuse and thrash his wife, Sidra, the mother of three children, over minor issues.

On the day of the incident, the couple had a scuffle. Imran opened fire and killed Sidra before making an escape. The Farooqabad Saddar police are looking into the matter.
