The deputy director general of airport services, deputy director general (regulatory) and HR director general also accompanied Mr Jamy.

Aviation Division Senior Joint Secretary Abdul Sattar Khokhar said about 100 queries were received regarding pilot licensing, upgradation of facilities at airports, resumption of regular flights, resumption of flights to Saudi Arab and China, upgradation of the landing system at the airport, behaviour of sister agencies’ officials with passengers, public transport for the airport, airline ticket pricing, regulations for drone and CAA employees, etc.

He said that Mr Jamy responded to most of the queries on the spot and directed quarters concerned to sort out things as per merit atthe earliest without any delay.

The public appreciated the CAA’s initiative to resolve their grievances. The kutchery was streamed live on the authority’s officials Facebook page.
