Punjab reports 109 infections as new cases continue to decrease

Punjab has reported 109 new coronavirus infections, down from 117 a day earlier and 137 cases on Sunday, according to the government's Covid-19 portal. This has taken the provincial tally of cases to 94,586.

It has also reported four additional deaths from the virus, taking the provincial death toll to 2,174. According to the portal, 86,289 people in Punjab have recovered so far.
