278 new cases of the coronavirus have been confirmed in Sindh, taking the provincial tally to 124,127, according to Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah,
The province also registered 10 more deaths, with its overall death toll from the virus rising to 2,282.
A total of 8,397 tests were carried out in Sindh during the last 24 hours, Shah was quoted as saying.
