ISLAMABAD: Prominent spiritual leader and Sajjada Nasheen of Golra Sharif Pir Syed Shah Abdul Haq Gilani passed away at the age of 94.

He was the grandson of Pir Syed Mehr Ali Shah Gilani and son of Pir Syed Ghulam Mohiuddin Babu Ji Gilani.

His funeral prayer was held on Thursday afternoon at Golra Sharif which was attended by a large number of followers and dignitaries of the city.

The funeral prayer was led by his son Pir Syed Moinul Haq Gilani, who has now become the Sajjada Nasheen of Golra Sharif.

Minister for Religious Affairs Pir Noorul Haq Qadri condoled the passing away of Pir Gilani.
