KARACHI, Sept 11: The Imamia Students‘ Organization on Sunday took out a rally declaring that no solution to the Palestine issue would be acceptable without consent of the Palestinians. The demonstrators termed the Israel an ‘oppressive state’ and vowed to continue their struggle till the Baitul Maqdas is freed from the Jews.

The rally started from the mausoleum of the Quaid in the afternoon and culminated at the Regal Chowk.

Participants of the rally passed several resolutions declaring full support to the Palestinians and urged the heads of the Muslim countries not to contact Israel without the approval of the OIC and the Arab League in future.

A resolution said that a train march would be started on Sept 21 by the Muttehida Talaba Mahaz and that would prove to be a referendum on this issue.

The ISO leaders also criticized the government for stopping buses in different areas in order to sabotage the rally.—PPI
