We will not penalise people but they should practice caution: Murtaza Wahab

Sindh government spokesperson Murtaza Wahab has urged the people to remain mindful of the government's standard operating procedures (SOPs) when stepping outside of the house.

Speaking to Geo News, he said: "[The Sindh government] had made masks mandatory but I don't think we can penalise people [...] Simply put, everyone must become responsible citizens."
