The Sindh govt has issued a notification for opening the offices for the secretaries of 12 administrative departments "with minimum essential staff" with effect from May 19. These include the following departments;
- College Education Department
- Cooperative Department
- Culture, Tourism, Antiquities and Archives Department
- Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities
- Forest and Wildlife Department
- Human Settlement and Spatial Development and Social Housing Department
- Inter Provincial Coordination Department
- Livestock and Fisheries Department
- Mines and Mineral Development Department
- Population Welfare Department
- School Education and Literacy Department
- Sport and Youth Affairs Department
