SAPM on National Security Dr Moeed Yusuf says the government is now able to repatriate home 11,000-12,000 Pakistanis per week who have been stranded abroad due to the Covid-19 crisis.
With the change in policy, there will be an increase in testing of the arriving passengers, he said.
"But those coming back will have to stay one or two days in quarantine as we can't scale up immediately," Yusuf told a press conference.
