Punjab government has decided to reopen shopping malls and allow public transport to operate again.

Chief Minister Usman Buzdar has decided to allow public transport to start operations in Punjab again. A meeting between the transporters and the provincial government will take place today to finalise the SOPs for use of public transport.

The decision has been taken after a report on the problems faced by citizens due to the closure of public transport was presented to the chief minister.

According to Punjab Minister for Trade Mian Aslam Iqbal, shopping malls and auto traders will also be allowed to operate from Monday.
