KARACHI: Four killed in accidents

KARACHI, Aug 29: Four people died in accidents in different parts of the city on Monday. Mohammad Ismail, 45, was on his motorcycle when a minibus knocked him to death on Jinnah Bridge within Jackson police limits. His body was shifted to the Civil Hospital for autopsy. The police impounded the vehicle responsible for the fatal accident. However, the bus driver escaped.

Another motorcyclist, Abdullah, died near Defence Library when he was hit by a minibus of route N. His body was taken to JPMC for autopsy. On Northern Bypass, a speeding vehicle knocked down Siddique Majeed, 47. The body was shifted to a hospital for autopsy and later handed over to the victim’s family for burial.

In Kalakot area of Lyari, Ibrahim, 52, died after being hit by an unknown vehicle. The body was shifted to a hospital for autopsy.
