Indian threat

Published January 16, 2020

THE Indian Army Chief has threatened to invade and occupy Azad Kashmir if he is ordered to do so by the Indian government. His statement should not be mocked or taken lightly.

Pakistan’s then former rulers did not take seriously Indian Prime Minister Lal Bahadur Shashtri’s threat of attacking Pakistan at s place and timing of his choice. Thereafter, we were taken by surprise when the Indian army ‘unexpectedly’ crossed the international border in the 1965 war and advanced towards Lahore.

This and the East Pakistan tragedy should be a lesson and our nation should be ready and fully prepared mentally and physically for an Indian attack on Azad Kashmir and possibly elsewhere on our country.
