SWABI: The police recovered eight kilogrammes charas and arrested three traffickers during a crackdown on Saturday.
A police official said the crackdown on the drug smugglers would continue as SHOs of every police station had been directed to clear the area of his jurisdiction of the contraband and its carriers.
Meanwhile, the Razaar police arrested a proclaimed offender.
SHO Khalid Iqbal said the arrested PO identified as Noor Rehman hailed from Palosai area of Peshawar.
He was involved in the killing of one Ishfaq Khan. He was arrested during a raid.
