HYDERABAD, Aug 3: The Cantonment police have arrested four protesters belonging to a Badin-based welfare organisation following registration of a case against them for inciting a large number of children to stage a naked protest outside the local press club on July 28.

The Cantonment SHO confirmed that four office-bearers of Al-Ghurba Development Organisation, Lal Bux, Anees Ahmed, Shafi Mohammad and Qadir Bux, were apprehended while three others, Nisar Ahmed Nizamani, Tariq Mallah and Ghulam Jalbani, have absconded in crime No.66/05, lodged under sections 109 and 114 PPC on the complaint of police constable, Ali Hassan.—BoC
