ISLAMABAD: Sindh’s Anas Dilshad and Punjab’s Usman Nadeem beat their respective opponents in contrasting fashion in the U-15 contest on the opening day of the National Junior Squash Championship here at the Mushaf Squash Complex on Friday.

Anas beat Majid Ahmed of KP 6-11, 11-4, 11-8, 11-4 3-1 in 29 minutes while Usman overcame Hikmat Yar of Pakistan Ordinance Factories 9-11,11-4, 11-6, 11-3 3-1 in 27 minutes.

Meanwhile, in the U-13 event, Punjab’s Yashwa Yousaf beat Raja Sikander.
