KARACHI: Pakistan’s campaign in the World U-16 Snooker Championship came to an end in the Russian city of Tyumen on Saturday when its last survivor Mohammad Umar Khan lost to Hungarian Bulcsù Revesz by 1-4 frames in the semi-final.

According to information available here, Umar had a good start by winning the opening frame 107-12 which also includes a break of 53, but could not maintain the pace and lost the next four frames 50-61, 43-66, 0-94, 13-83 to his opponent.

Umar earned a bronze medal which, as per tradition, is awarded to the losing semi-finalists.
