KARACHI: Pakistan Throwball Federation’s Maq­bool Arain has been elected as Secretary General of World Throwball Federation while Dr. Mustapa Kamal Bin Mualat dato Seri of Malaysia has been elected as the new WTF President in the recent elections held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Meanwhile, India won the post of senior vice president while USA official clinched the vice president’s post and the joint secretary’s post went to Vietnam. Canada, Thailand, Singapore, UK representatives were elected as Executive Commi­ttee members

In the Executive Commi­tttee meeting held after the polls, the upcoming World Throw Ball Championship was awarded to America which will be played in December 2019.
