[Meanwhile, as reported by an agency in Multan,] the members of the “Mooltan Lodge” of the Freemasons have severed all relations with the organisation on the plea that it is engaged in anti-Islamic activities. They do not like to be referred to as freemason any more. A meeting of members of the Multan branch held here last evening [April 17] unanimously passed a resolution announcing the breaking of relations with “District Grand Lodge” at Lahore and the “United Grand Lodge” of England.
