Online shopping

Published April 12, 2019

THE online shopping makes it imperative for online sellers to take care of consumers, particularly those who are paying through a bank debit card, while product is out of stock but the amount is debited from the account.

Recently, I personally experienced it from an online medicine portal where I ordered medicine and used my debit card for payment.

However, after an hour I got a call that the product is not available. Now I have to wait for 20 days to get my refund. There should be a law which enforces online sellers to have a dynamic inventory mechanism to protect such incidences.
