KARACHI: Karachi Basketball Association has named the officials for the team that will participate in the National Grade B Division Basketball scheduled to begin in Islamabad from April 10.

The manager of the team will be Amjad Ali Khan while Zahid Malik will be the coach and Engineer Zainul Abedeen will be the treasurer for the tour. Muhammad Yaqoob has been named as coordinator.

KBBA president Ghulam Mohammad will leave for Islamabad on April 9 on special invitation from the championship organizers.

Meanwhile, KBBA further announced that SSP South Shehla Qureshi, who is also the Sports officer of Pak Railways, will inaugurate the SSP Bahadur Ali Memorial Basketball on April 18 at Arambagh basketball courts.

Interested teams have been advised to contract KBBA secretary Tariq Hussain by April 16.
