GUJAR KHAN: Gas supply to Kallar Syedan and Gujar Khan remained suspended for six hours on Monday due to a fault in the main line near Mandra.

According to sources, gas supply was disrupted at about 2pm and returned at 9pm.

Sources in the Sui Northern Gas Pipelines (SNGPL) confirmed that supply was suspended due to a fault in the main line near Mandra which was rectified by a team of engineers from Rawalpindi.

Mr Rahamtullah, deputy chief engineer at SNGPL, regretted the inconvenience faced by the consumers.
