ABBOTTABAD: An armed robber killed two people and injured three in separate incidents here on Friday.

The police said Qasim alias Koda opened fire on a woman when she shouted for help after seeing him loot two men on an Abbottabad city area road.

They said Taffo, who stood in the balcony of her house, died of critical bullet injuries on the spot.

The police said the gunman also injured the woman’s brother after he stepped out, besides killing one of the two men held by him.

The police shifted the bodies and the inured to the District Headquarters Hospital.

However, the robber wasn’t held.

In another incident, the same gunmen injured Nadeem in an attempted robbery incident.

The injured was shifted to the DHQ Hospital.

The police said robber Qasim was arrested many times but stepped out of jail after securing bail from the court.
