THIS refers to the motor vehicle tax which is paid in the excise department, where one can see long queues of taxpayers.
It is surprising that the excise department does not have an online tax collection system in this technologically advanced era. The excise department should have an online tax payments system through banks. It will be a big relief for all taxpayers.
