ISLAMABAD: Justice Aamer Farooq of the Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Friday adjourned National Database Regulatory Authority’s (Nadra) chairman appointment case till Feb 1.

The petition was filed through Hafiz Arafat advocate.

The petitioners counsel contended before the bench that the appointment of Nadra chairman was made against the rules.

The Nadra vdidn’t fulfill qualification for the post, the counsel for the petitioners said.

The bench directed the counsel for Nadra chairman to give his arguments on Feb 1.
