HARIPUR/BUNER: Bodies of two persons were found in Haripur and Buner districts on Wednesday.

Body of a young man was found in Khalabat Township of Haripur, police said, adding Usman, 20, a resident of Kohat, had come to live with his relatives as guest in Mohallah Khabal.

However, on Wednesday morning his body was found in the playground near Civil Hospital Khalabat Township.

Police shifted it to hospital, where doctors said the deceased suffered single shot in his head which caused his death.

Family sources said Usman alias Mani committed suicide while his mother contested the claim, saying her son was murdered.

Police have registered case and started investigation.

Meanwhile, bullet-riddled body of a man was found from Gerari road in Jowar, and was shifted to nearby rural health centre for autopsy.

The deceased identified as Mohammad Ibrahim was a labourer.

The Jowar police handed the body over to legal heirs after autopsy at hospital.

Attiqur Rehman, uncle of the deceased, lodged FIR, saying that his family had no enmity with anyone.
