KARACHI: The two Pakistani cueists Mohammad Bilal and Mohammad Majid Ali progressed into the last-60 round of the IBSF 6-Reds Snooker Championship in the Egyptian city of Marsa Alam on Wednesday.

According to results made available here, Bilal demolished Matthew Roberts of Wales in straight sets of 32-1, 41-15, 39-15, 76-0 in last league match to finish unbeaten in his group.

Despite losing 1-4 to UAE’s Mohammed Al Joaker, Majid also advanced into the knockout round. Joaker won the battle 5-35, 40-0, 42-17, 49-14, 30-13.

Bilal is drawn to face Indian Divya Sharma while Majid will be up against another Indian Malkeet Singh in the last-60 round matches.
