KARACHI: Pakistan suffered a 2-3 loss at the hands of Qatar in their Group ‘A’ fixture of the IBSF World Team Snooker Championship in the Egyptian city of Marsa Alam on Friday.

According to results made available here, Pakistan’s pair of Mohammad Bilal and Mohammad Majid Ali who got the better of Egypt ‘4’ by a 4-1 scoreline in the opening match, failed to maintain their winning run as the hosts coasted to 72-0, 74-16, 20-77, 70-37, 24-51 victory.
