KARACHI: Pakistan Petroleum Ltd (PPL) announced discovery of gas and condensate from its operated exploratory well Hadaf X-1 (ST) located in district Sanghar, Sindh. PPL has 65 per cent working interest, together with its joint venture partners, Government Holding Private Limited and Asia Resources Oil Limited which have 25pc and 10pc working interests, respectively. PPL stated that the well has flowed 12.1 mmcfd of gas, condensate of 157 barrels per day along with 35 barrels of water per day at flowing well head pressure of 2,290 psi on 32/64” choke.

INIL secures ‘large supply order’

International Industries Ltd announced that the company had received a ‘large supply order’. The company informed the PSX on Wednesday that it was awarded a contract by Sui Northern Gas Pipeline Company Limited for the supply of 6,000 kilometres of steel and Polymer API line pipes valued at Rs3.3bn.” The above orders are expected to be executed within the financial year 2018-19,” INIL asserted.
